Our take: 阿芳魚湯板麵 appears to be a local noodle stall with mixed reviews, primarily focusing on their fish soup and various noodle dishes.
We note a recurring theme of dissatisfaction regarding portion sizes and perceived value for money.
For instance, the $6.50 fish slice bee hoon has been described as tasting like "plain water," and a $7.50 dumpling noodle soup order with an additional $2.50 fish ball add-on reportedly only included a single fish ball.
There are also complaints about holiday surcharges extending beyond the actual holiday period.
While some find the $4.80 mee hoon kuey comforting and the $5.30 qq noodles / zha jiang noodles "nice," the general sentiment points to inconsistent quality and questionable pricing practices.
The pan-fried dumplings are also noted to be deep-fried instead.
We'd approach with caution, especially if ordering for delivery or during peak periods where surcharges might apply.
Best for those in the immediate vicinity looking for a quick, no-frills noodle fix, but manage expectations on portion and flavour.

Ordered dumpling noodle soup on grab for $7.50. Added fish ball for $2.50 to meet small order. Shop really only added 1 single fish ball. What a scam. Dumpling Noodle and soup was separate, so it was…
$4.80 mee hoon kuey. Comforting but ingredients not a lot $5.30 qq noodles, zha jiang noodles nice
Noodle and dumplings are quite alright, the pan fry dumpling is not pan fry but deep fried instead so take note.
This 魚片米粉 cost 6.5 dollars and it just taste like plain water, pathetic, like me who buy their food
